About Tunafly
Tournaments, on the fly.
Tunafly is in early testing. It's a demo while it's being built: features change, things may break, and tournaments and accounts may be reset or deleted without notice. Please don't rely on it for anything important yet.
Tunafly runs sports tournaments for clubs and groups of friends: leagues, knockouts, and group stages followed by a knockout. Table tennis, badminton, tennis, cricket, soccer and more.
How it works
- An organizer sets it up: the format, the tables or courts, and when they're free. Tunafly makes the schedule.
- Players join by invite link, as teams or on their own.
- Results go in from a phone. The other side can say if something's wrong, and the table, the bracket and the news update once a result counts.
- At the venue, players can tell their opponent they've arrived or are running late, and whoever enters the result can score the match live, point by point.
What makes it different
- Results both sides can check. A score counts unless the opponent says something's wrong within the minutes the organizer set; then an organizer settles it.
- Live tables and brackets, in each sport's own scoring and tie-breaks.
- Tournament news written by AI, on Tunafly's own computer, at DeepInfra or by Anthropic's Claude, with every person's name replaced before anything leaves Tunafly. Every story is checked against the real numbers before it's shown.
- Private by default. Only people with an invite link can join.
Who runs it
